Shipping and costs.
We will deliver by DHL. (It may be delivered by another delivery company, depending on the situation.) Shipping is free. The ordered products will be shipped from Tokyo in 3 to 5 business days. Depending on the country's customs law/region where you receive the item, you may be required to pay VAT, customs duties, and fees. In that case, please pay at the recipient's expense.
We will announce about shipping during the year-end and New Year holidays on our site.

Returns, refunds and exchanges policy.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exhanges, refunds or returns.
You will be only entitled to an exchange or returns if you received a faulty product. Please contact us using the inquiry form.

・The product was broken.
* Please contact us for returns, refunds, and exchanges within one week after the item arrives.
*All return and exchanged items will be inspected on return immediately. Please send us photos of faulty items.
* We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once they are worn even if the items are faulty.

If you pay by credit card, you can cancel, if the item hasn’t been shipped. No fee will be charged.
Please note that you cannot cancel the item if it has already been shipped.
